Job Overview

Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter (Audio Visual & Managed IT Services) to fuel the sales pipeline for a provider of audio visual and managed IT services entering the US market. In this remote role, you will qualify inbound and outbound leads, maintain consistent outreach volume, and book discovery appointments for the sales team. You will ensure detailed prospect handoff notes to set up technical sales conversations for success. Operating on a full-time schedule aligned with Pacific Time business hours, this position offers high visibility and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on sales growth.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Full Time - 40h per week - Flexible within Pacific Time zone business hours

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to make sure only relevant prospects move forward.
• Book appointments for the sales team so they can focus on pitching and closing.
• Generate consistent outreach volume to support the company's market entry in the US.
• Hand off qualified prospects with clear notes so salespeople can lead the technical conversation.
• Follow up with leads to keep the sales pipeline active and appointment calendars full.
• Communicate the value of audio visual and managed IT services for commercial spaces at an introductory level.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in appointment setting or sales development, ideally with US-based prospects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a high-volume environment.
• High level of attention to detail when logging and handing off lead information.
• Availability to work full-time on Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with audio visual, managed IT, or similar commercial technology services is a bonus.
• Experience reaching out to commercial clients, such as office or conference room decision-makers, is helpful.
• Experience working in a ramp‑up or market‑entry environment is a bonus.
