Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, or Strategy.
• Experience in Life Insurance / Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Wealth Management / Mutual Funds.
• Strong networking and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, wealth platforms, and large corporates in the West Zone.
• Develop and present customized partnership proposals, financial models, and business plans.
• Manage the end-to-end process from opportunity identification to partner onboarding.
• Create and present business cases to internal stakeholders for approvals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, partnership models, and business arrangements.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to finalize documentation and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Ensure partnerships align with organizational objectives and deliver sustainable growth.
• Continuously scan the West Zone market for potential partners and trends.
• Monitor competitor alliances, digital partnerships, and distribution innovations.
• Build and maintain external networks across financial services and related ecosystems.
• Work with product, marketing, operations, and technology for partner enablement.
• Drive internal coordination to ensure go-live and partner servicing.
• Transition matured alliances to relationship management for ongoing engagement and scaling.
