• Build and manage relationships with partners to maximize business opportunity
• Drive business by liaising with partner staff and ensure target achievement
• Assist and train partner staff on products and process through periodical training interventions and/or joint field calls
• Timely track sales performance through various organizational metrics / MIS to ensure business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance
• Handle escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers by ensuring a prompt response
• Engage and coordinate with various cross functional teams for seamless service delivery and provide a superior customer experience
