Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities.
• Drive business by liaising with partner staff and ensure target achievement.
• Assist and train partner staff on products and processes through periodical training interventions and/or joint field calls.
• Timely track sales performance through MIS to ensure business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance.
• Handle escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers by ensuring a prompt response.
