Job summary

Shore360 in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an IT Quality Assurance to join our QA team, testing web platforms and digital products across client projects. This hands-on role focuses on thorough testing, clear defect documentation, and ensuring releases meet quality standards before go-live.

You will work closely with QAs, developers, and project stakeholders to design test cases from user stories, perform functional, regression, and UAT testing, and maintain QA documentation while supporting sprint

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manual QA / software testing experience.
• Solid QA fundamentals: test design, defect lifecycle, regression vs exploratory testing.
• Testing web apps across browsers and devices.
• Experience with test management or bug tracking tools (ClickUp / Trello).
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Ability to work independently on test cycles.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for QA docs.
• Curiosity about how things break and why it matters to end users.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases across web applications.
• Write clear test cases and test plans from user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document and track defects with reproduction steps and evidence.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to validate functionality.
• Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and re-test.
• Help create QA documentation, including test case spreadsheets and sign-off summaries.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and communicate testing progress and blockers.
• Maintain and improve test case libraries and QA processes.
• Flag risks, edge cases, and usability concerns beyond a ticket.
