Shore360 is seeking an IT Quality Assurance professional to join our QA team in Clark, Pampanga. The role involves manual testing across web platforms on multiple client projects to ensure quality before releases.

You will write test cases from user stories, document defects with steps, and collaborate with developers to verify fixes. The position is on-site, full-time, and suited for someone building a solid foundation in structured testing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manual QA or software testing experience.
• Solid QA fundamentals: test case design, defect lifecycle, regression vs. exploratory testing.
• Comfortable testing web apps across browsers and devices.
• Experience with test management or bug tracking tools like ClickUp or Trello.
• Strong written communication and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases across web applications, including functional, regression, and UAT.
• Write clear, structured test cases and test plans from user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects with reproduction steps and evidence.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for consistent functionality.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and verify fixes.
• Support QA documentation and sign-off summaries; participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Maintain and improve test case libraries and QA processes.
• Flag risks and usability concerns beyond a single ticket.
