Job summary

Shore360 is seeking an IT Quality Assurance professional to join our QA team. You will test web platforms across client projects, document defects clearly, and ensure releases meet quality standards before going live.

This hands-on role is ideal for building a strong foundation in structured testing practices. You will work with QAs, developers, and stakeholders in an on-site Clark-based, dayshift environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manual QA or software testing.
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals including test design and defect lifecycles.
• Experience with test management tools like ClickUp or Trello.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Able to work independently and focus on structured test cycles.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets for test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases across web applications and UAT cycles.
• Write clear test cases and test plans from user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document defects with reproduction steps and evidence.
• Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and retest issues.
• Create QA documentation including test case spreadsheets and sign-off summaries.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and report testing progress.
