Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in digital communications; international agencies preferred.
• Experience editing print and web publications.
• Strong understanding of SEO and metadata management.
• Proficient in common software and IT tools.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to liaise across cultures and departments.
• Data visualization and graphic design skills are a plus.
• Experience with Drupal CMS, SharePoint, and taxonomy management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assess content requests and recommend web solutions per standards.
• Analyze content, usage, and performance data to identify issues.
• Conduct content audits to improve quality, relevance, accessibility, consistency, and UX.
• Collaborate with internal clients and technical teams to translate requirements into content solutions.
• Support complex web requests and coordinate with technical teams.
• Advise internal clients on web content standards and publishing requirements.
• Coordinate publication of project and Board documents and other content.
• Contribute to web content standards, procedures, and tools.
• Oversee web publishing consultants and service providers.
• Develop and maintain responsive pages for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
