Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites applications for a Communications Analyst role based at the Manila headquarters. The analyst will help manage DOCK-led web infrastructure such as adb.org and the Asian Development Blog, ensuring content quality, accessibility, and user experience across devices.

You will work with internal clients and technical teams to translate requirements into web solutions, while supporting publishing standards, SEO, metadata management, and content governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and continuous improvement of DOCK-led web infrastructure, including adb.org and Development Asia.
• Assess web content requests and translate business requirements into content and structural solutions.
• Analyze web content, structure, usage and performance data to identify issues and opportunities.
• Conduct content audits and recommend actions to improve quality, relevance and accessibility.
• Coordinate publication and disclosure of project and Board documents and other web content.
