RCBC is seeking a senior leader to formulate and implement the division’s sales strategies focused on growing Assets Under Management and overall income contribution. You will directly manage a team of Relationship Managers and Relationship Associates to expand the client base and drive portfolio growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of banking policies, investment products, and financial markets, with proven leadership and networking skills to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience leading wealth management teams and portfolio growth.
• Strong knowledge of banking policies, investment products and markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to expand wealth product offerings and accelerate growth.
• Coach, mentor, and upskill RMs and RAs to achieve targets.
• Direct account approvals while upholding BSP, MTPP and KYC standards.
