Job summary

RCBC seeks a Relationship Manager to grow and deepen high net worth client relationships in Manila. You will solicit new accounts, cultivate a robust client network, and provide tailored financial advice to meet revenue targets.

You will ensure KYC compliance and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and regulatory adherence. Preference for Chinese-speaking candidates.

Qualifications

• At least a 4 year graduate in business-related degree.
• Preferably Chinese-speaking.
• Strong client relationship and advisory skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Solicits new accounts and develops/deepens existing accounts to meet sales targets and AUM goals.
• Maintains a robust network of prospective clients and referrals; plans regular client calls and visits to identify needs and growth opportunities.
• Ensures up-to-date client information for KYC, risk profiling, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with other bank groups.
• Provides professional account/relationship management and financial advisory services to promote loyalty and cross-sell suitable products.
• Keeps clients informed about market developments to support informed investment decisions and revenue growth.
