Job summary

Manulife is seeking a professional to process routine transactions, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with partners to resolve inquiries. This role supports process improvement and requires keen attention to detail and sound judgment in semi-complex issues.

The position involves a hybrid work arrangement, with onsite presence 3x per week, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service for clients and distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Investment/Wealth, Securities or similar; BPO/Shared Services is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Teams; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process routine and standard transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain transaction records and interact with distribution channels or clients.
• Escalate and resolve inquiries with Contact Centre, Advisory Support Managers, and Vendors.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely processing.
• Document internal and external processes and support continuous improvement.
• Identify and solve basic and semi-complex problems based on customer needs.
• Elevate complex cases when needed and prioritize fluctuating workloads.
• Understand implications of actions and make appropriate semi-complex decisions.
