Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is seeking an organized Client Services Administrator to join on-site teams in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao. You will support wealth management client services, onboarding, and external client tasks with accuracy and discretion.

The role requires at least 2 years in an administrative role, with strong communication and organisational skills. Salary sits at 35,000–40,000 PHP, with benefits and travel opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Office Administration or finance desirable.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exemplary organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Polished people skills and ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and client materials to ensure a professional presentation.
• Communicate with team members via multiple channels (face-to-face, email, telephone, mail).
• Produce and format documents; assist with client billing requirements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reporting for Tax, Accounting, Consulting and Superannuation teams.
• Onboard and maintain client records, prepare new client agreements and related applications.
