Job summary

Bravissimo Resourcing, Inc. is seeking a service-focused professional to be the primary contact for Wealth clients and advisors in Manila, handling phone and electronic requests.

You will develop product knowledge, provide tailored financial solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners. The role requires 2–3 years in banking or wealth service, B2 English, and experience with ServiceNow and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking accounts.
• Client service experience in Wealth Management, Banking or Investment.
• Voice proficiency at least B2.
• ServiceNow ticketing experience.
• Enterprise technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic service requests.
• Develop understanding of banking products, processes, and programs, staying updated on changes.
• Provide tailored solutions for clients with complex financial needs while following manuals and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to address client needs.
• Handle day-to-day transactional needs for assigned Wealth clients with efficiency and accuracy.
• Facilitate wire agreements and process time-sensitive wire requests for Wealth clients.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.
• Meet performance standards for quality, productivity, and behavior.
• Support Wealth division in achieving target Client Service Measurement scores.
