Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Private Wealth Client Service Officer to assist Relationship Managers in managing Private Wealth accounts and supporting sub-units. The role requires familiarity with Private Wealth products and services and proactive coordination to ensure timely execution and settlement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Private Wealth Relationship Managers (RMs) in servicing both prospective and existing clients.
• Familiar with products and services available in Private Wealth.
• Assists in reminding RMs on their deliverables to ensure timely execution/settlement.
• Checks the completeness and accuracy of the transactions.
• Overseeing all audit and compliance requirements of all teams (CDD, Hold Mail, LOA, Doc Def, Dormant and other compliance related matters).
• Liaison officer for Audit/Compliance matters.
