Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager (Virtual Stores) to manage a portfolio of Preferred Banking clients. You will provide financial advice, discuss goals, and drive growth across platforms while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will use CRM and telephony tools to document conversations, identify opportunities, and engage clients through campaigns and digital channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any business related field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience.
Understanding of account profitability analysis (APA).
Knowledge of business acumen, financial markets and economic conditions.
Knowledge of sales management processes, policies, and procedures.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willing to be onsite in BPI Buendia Center Makati.

Responsibilities

Manages and grows a portfolio of Preferred Banking clients with active engagement and financial advice.
Spots opportunities, uncovers client needs, and resolves issues within TAT.
Conducts service and sales calls, virtual meetings, and invites clients to campaigns and promotions.
Acquires new-to-bank clients and manages omnichannel opportunities with regular updates.
Documents client conversations using reporting tools.
