88innokonstruct Engineering Services in Amadeo, Cavite, is seeking a Junior Engineer to support the engineering team on construction projects. This full-time role offers growth as you learn best practices and gain practical experience.

You will assist in design, site inspections, CAD documentation, and coordination with architects and contractors, with mentoring from senior engineers and progress-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 1–3 years of junior engineer experience preferred.
• Strong CAD and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects across construction sectors.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather project data and assess site conditions.
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation using CAD and other tools.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Engineer to join our growing team at 88innokonstruct Engineering Services. This is a full-time position based in Amadeo, Cavite. As a Junior Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting the engineering team on various construction and project development initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills, gain practical experience in the construction industry, and contribute to projects that make a tangible difference. You will work alongside experienced engineers, learning best practices whilst taking on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects across various construction sectors

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather project data and assess site conditions (Laguna/Cavite/Bulacan)

• Prepare technical drawings, sketches, and documentation using CAD software and other engineering tools

• Support senior engineers in performing calculations, analysis, and feasibility studies

• Monitor project progress and maintain detailed records of construction activities and milestones

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and project managers

• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and technical documentation

• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 1 to 3 years experience as a Junior Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred) and Microsoft Office applications

• Solid understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and building codes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise under the guidance of experienced engineers

• Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections as required

• Professional certification or licensure as an engineer is advantageous but not essential for this junior-level position
