Job summary

ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. is seeking Facilities Associates for Alabang to oversee site operations, manage inventory and ID distributions, monitor consumables, and ensure budget compliance to drive OPEX savings.

The role serves as the primary contact for daily operations, audits, and site visits, including supporting government inspections and LGU compliances. Certification in BOSH and DENR PCO is required.

Qualifications

• Certification in BOSH is required.
• DENR PCO certification is required.
• Experience in facilities operations and site management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine overall system checks of the facility.
• Execute needed repair and upkeep tasks including lighting, desks, keys, lavatories, pedestals, cabinets, work stations and chairs.
• Schedule repairs with vendors for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing as necessary.
• Review janitorial and vendor services against performance standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on company property and equipment.
• Assist in Preventive Maintenance activities with third-party service providers.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety standards for the property.
• Monitor utilities consumption and ensure daily usage stays within budget.
• Maintain inventory of building supplies and equipment and manage disposal of items.

Job description

We are looking for Facilities Associates for Alabang!

The role involves overseeing site operations, managing inventory and ID distributions, monitoring consumables, and ensuring budget compliance to drive OPEX savings. He/She will also serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations, audits, and site visits. Certification in BOSH and DENR PCO is required, with tasks extending to supporting government inspections, registrations, and LGU compliances.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine overall system check of the entire facility.

• Execute needed repair and upkeep tasks including but not limited to lighting, desk and office keys, lavatory,

• pedestal, lateral cabinets, work stations and chairs.

• Schedule repairs with trade vendors for air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing as necessary.

• Review and monitor janitorial and vendor services to a specific set of performance standards.

• Conducts minor corrective and preventive maintenance of company property and equipment

• Assists and coordinates in the Preventive Maintenance activities of third party service providers to building

• facilities and equipment

• Prepares and implements preventive maintenance programs for all equipment. Orients contractual personnel on the specifications of all equipment and maintenance programs.

• Prepares and implements fire safety standards and procedures for the property. Ensures that fire hazards in the property are eliminated.

• Monitors and records all utilities consumption to see if daily consumption is still within budget.

• Participates in the preparation and development of housekeeping requirements of the property.

• Maintains inventory of building supplies, workplace gadgets and equipment including spare material inventory control and recommend disposal of items.
