Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Watershed Management Specialist to lead and support integrated watershed and water resources projects in the Philippines. You will guide planning, design, and implementation while working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical writing, analytical capabilities, and collaboration to deliver sustainable water resource solutions across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Watershed Management, Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in integrated watershed management or water resources projects is preferred.
• Experience in the Philippines or Southeast Asia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support preparation and design of integrated watershed and water resources project plans.
• Conduct hydrological, environmental, and socio-economic analyses for planning.
• Develop proposals, reports, and design documents per best practices and regulations.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to align with local needs and policies.
• Support implementation and monitoring within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in watershed practices.
