Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Watershed Management Specialist to lead and support integrated watershed management and water resources projects in the Philippines. You will guide planning, design, and implementation, working with multidisciplinary teams and local stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions.

The role requires strong technical writing, analytical abilities, and excellent coordination with government agencies and communities.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Watershed Management, Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in integrated watershed management or water resources projects.
Philippines and Southeast Asia regional experience preferred.
Strong technical writing, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead or support the preparation and design of watershed and water resources project plans.
Conduct hydrological, environmental, and socio-economic analyses for planning.
Develop proposals, technical reports, and design documents.
Coordinate with government agencies, communities, and stakeholders.
Support implementation and monitoring to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
