Anonymous is seeking an experienced Watershed Management Specialist to lead and support the preparation, design, and implementation of integrated watershed management and water resources projects in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

The role requires strong technical leadership across all project phases, with emphasis on collaboration with government agencies and local stakeholders to deliver sustainable water resource solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or higher in Watershed Management, Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• About 7 years of experience in integrated watershed management or water resources projects.
• Experience in the Philippines and Southeast Asia preferred (local and international).
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the preparation and design of integrated watershed management and water resources project plans.
• Conduct hydrological, environmental, and socio-economic analyses relevant to watershed and water resource planning.
• Develop project proposals, technical reports, and design documents per best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with government agencies, local communities, and stakeholders to align projects with local needs and policies.
• Support implementation and monitoring of watershed activities, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of watershed management practices.
