Job summary

Pedrollo Inc. is seeking an Engineer Sales Representative to promote and sell water pumps and related products in a customer-focused role. You will build relationships, assess customer needs, and present product solutions from inquiry to closing.

The role involves site visits, coordination with multiple internal teams, and ongoing follow-ups to achieve sales targets. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a background in business management or engineering being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduates of any Business Management course, BS Electrical Engineering, or BS Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in construction, engineering, or industrial equipment is preferred.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct client visits and site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell water pumps, equipment, and related products to customers.
• Identify and develop potential customers, projects, and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, dealers, and other business contacts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water pump products and solutions.
• Prepare and present product information, quotations, and proposals to clients.
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical features and applications when required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, orders, and potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Technical, Warehouse, Procurement and other departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.
• Conduct client visits, project inspections, and site visits as needed.
• Monitor market conditions, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential projects.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.
