Job summary

Ebara Pumps Philippines, Inc. is seeking a capable Sales Engineer to establish and maintain relationships with customers, negotiate pricing and stocking arrangements, and solicit new product sales via phone, email, or in person.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a mechanical engineering background is preferred. Knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCAD is an advantage; strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in technical sales, engineering, manufacturing, pumps, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other engineering/design software is an advantage.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining working relationships with customers to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Negotiating pricing, minimum order quantities, and stocking arrangements with customers.
• Soliciting sales of new or additional products via telephone, email, or in person.
• Presenting internal and customer technical presentations, as requested.
• Assisting, as needed, in resolving customer accounts receivable issues.
• Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Applying IMS principles and promoting IMS awareness.
