Job summary

Seven Seven is seeking an experienced WAS/Middleware Administrator with 8–12 years in large-scale enterprise environments. This onsite role in Taguig, Metro Manila will manage the middleware stack including WAS, Apache, Tomcat and IIS, as well as JMS and Web Services.

You will install, configure, optimize and troubleshoot middleware, monitor performance with AppDynamics, Dynatrace or Grafana, and contribute to incident, change and problem management alongside IT teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of WAS/middleware administration experience.
• Experience with installation, configuration, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of JMS, JDBC, JCA/J2C, Web Services and security standards.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows environments.
• Scripting knowledge in Shell, PowerShell or PERL.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace or Grafana.
• Experience with Incident, Change and Problem Management.

We are looking for an experienced WAS / Middleware Administrator with 8–12 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.

Work Setup: Onsite, 5 days/week

Key Qualifications:

• Strong experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Apache, Tomcat, and IIS
• Hands-on experience in middleware installation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of JMS, JDBC, JCA/J2C, Web Services, TLS, certificates, and security standards
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments
• Scripting knowledge in Shell, PowerShell, or PERL
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Grafana
• Strong production troubleshooting and complex incident resolution experience
• Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management
