Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Systems Administration.
• Strong experience with IBM z/OS Systems Administration.
• Expert-level proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ (IBM Mainframe MQ).
• Experience leading technical teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of application development processes and software architecture.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
