Job summary

Copeland is hiring a Warranty Analyst for a hybrid role based in Quezon City, Manila, Philippines. You will file warranty claims in Tavant and review LR claims, ensuring complete information and supporting details at submission.

You will also prepare bulk claim files for major OEM customers, validate data before upload, and approve or deny warranty credits. Additionally, you will identify Tavant system issues and collaborate with the support team to test and implement solutions before production.

Responsibilities

• Filing warranty claims in Tavant on behalf of customers as requests are received.
• Pull and review the CATS report to evaluate line return (LR) claims. Approve or reject claims based on inspection results and warranty guidelines.
• Prepare and submit bulk claim files in Tavant the Big 6 OEM customers. Validate data prior to upload to avoid rework or errors.
• Approve or reject warranty credit for AC OEM claims and generate credit/debit memos for the claims.
• Identify issues with the Tavant system and work with the Tavant support team to provide a sustainable solution for the problems. Conduct testing of these solutions before moving changes to our production site.

Ensure all required information and supporting details are included at time of submission.* **CATS Report Review & LR Approvals (Weekly)** Pull and review the CATS report to evaluate line return (LR) claims. Approve or reject claims based on inspection results and warranty guidelines.* **Bulk Upload Processing (Monthly)** Prepare and submit bulk claim files in Tavant the Big 6 OEM customers.
