Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking a diligent warehouse professional to handle parts warehousing and records maintenance. The role focuses on accurate receiving, proper storage, and data integrity within the warehouse system.

Responsibilities include receiving parts from the manufacturer, issuing parts for repair or sales, and ensuring orderly binning and records custody in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 3-year vocational course, preferably in the automotive field.
• Work experience in warehousing an advantage.
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receives the parts delivered by the manufacturer based on the parts ordered by the dealership.
• Releases/Issues requested parts for vehicle repair and/or over-the-counter sales based on the parts picking slip submitted by the Parts Counterperson.
• Ensures that all parts are accurately and completely stored and organized in proper binning location according to warehouse guidelines and standards.
• Acts as overall custodian of all records and/or data of the Parts Warehouse/stockroom in compliance with the approved Records Management System of the company.
