Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to ensure efficient parts warehousing and accurate records management at our Metro Manila facility. You will receive and issue parts, maintain orderly stock locations, and uphold prescribed guidelines and company policies.

The role requires a 3-year vocational automotive background, warehousing experience is a plus, and a willingness to work a 6-day schedule at our Manila location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 3-year vocational course, preferably in the automotive field.
• Work experience in warehousing is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts delivered by the manufacturer based on dealership orders.
• Release requested parts for vehicle repairs or over-the-counter sales using the parts picking slip.
• Ensure all parts are stored and organized in proper bin locations according to warehouse standards.
• Custodian of all warehouse/stockroom records in compliance with the Records Management System.

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of parts warehousing, and warehouse & records maintenance in compliance with the prescribed guidelines and standards in warehousing and overall direction and policies of AUTOHUB Group and the manufacturer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receives the parts delivered by the manufacturer based on the parts ordered by the dealership.
• Releases/Issues requested parts for vehicle repair and/or over-the-counter sales based on the parts picking slip submitted by the Parts Counterperson.
• Ensures that all parts are accurately and completely stored and organized in proper binning location according to warehouse guidelines and standards.
• Acts as overall custodian of all records and/or data of the Parts Warehouse/stockroom in compliance with the approved Records Management System of the company.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 3-year vocational course, preferably in the automotive field
• Work experience in warehousing an advantage
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule
