Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and maintain fleet and equipment.

• Monitor unloading from containers and ensure proper receipt via SAP encoding.
• Ensure proper storage to conserve space and compliance with safety procedures.
• Oversee labelling, FIFO, and inventory rotation.
• Select, orient, train, schedule, and discipline delivery team.
• Maintain forklift and pallet jack equipment for safe operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for importation and local delivery schedules.

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will directly report to the Warehouse Manager and supervise day-to-day operations in the warehouse, maintaining fleet and equipment while managing personnel structure and approved manning count.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and maintain fleet and equipment
• Plan and coordinate local deliveries and monitor and evaluate performance of warehouse staff
• Monitor the unloading of all goods from containers to the warehouse and ensure proper receipt via SAP encoding
• Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures and GMP findings
• Oversee proper labelling, follow FIFO and rotation of inventory
• Accomplish warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining delivery team
• Maintain equipment structure (forklift and Pallet Jack) to accomplish warehouse receiving operations safely and effectively
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for importation and local delivery schedules
• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation
