Job summary

A leading construction materials company is seeking a warehouseman to manage inventory and ensure compliance with warehouse protocols. Responsibilities include safeguarding stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and processing transactions in a timely manner. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a warehouseman.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be deployed in Antique, Visayas.

Responsibilities

• Handles all warehouse transactions and inventories of raw materials.
• Safeguards all inventory items from theft and damage.
• Observes inventory accuracy at all times.
• Real time processing of warehouse transactions.
• Observe warehouse stocks availability for strategic materials.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly documented (Inbound/Outbound).
• Follow proper warehouse management activities and safety/houskeeping protocols.
• Stock and categorize items correctly; practice good materials handling.
• Scrap disposal per policy; daily inventory updates and monitor deliveries.
• Request PRs timely to warehouse directs; maintain monitoring reports.
• Perform tasks assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Handles all warehouse transactions and inventories of raw materials, all consumable and maintenance items and finished goods. (Crusher only)
• Safekeeping and securing all inventory items, free from possible theft and damages.
• Observe inventory accuracy at all time.
• Real time processing of warehouse transactions.
• Observe warehouse stocks availability for strategic materials.
• Making sure that all warehouse transactions are properly and completely documented. (Inbound and Outbound efficiency)
• Follow proper warehouse management activities and compliance to safety and housekeeping protocols.
• Proper stocking and optimization of storage area w/ correct categorization of each items
• Practices good materials handling
• Strictly follows proper scrap disposal activities.
• Regular daily inventory updates and constant monitoring of stocks movements and status of deliveries.
• On time requesting of PR to all warehouse directs/strategic material request.
• Regularly updates of all daily/monthly monitoring reports.
• Perform tasks that maybe assign from time to time.

Qualifications
