Job Summary

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for ensuring accurate monitoring, handling, and organization of branch inventory. This role supports daily warehouse operations, stock movement tracking, and coordination with both branch and inventory teams to maintain efficient stock management. In addition, the role will cover the core responsibilities of a picker, including sorting, handling, and preparing items for dispatch.

Qualifications

• College level
• Computer literate (proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage)
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift and move items
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willing to be trained for installation tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record all stock movements including inbound, outbound, and DS (Delivery/Sales) items
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficient space utilization of stockrooms
• Assist in picking, sorting, handling, and packing of items for dispatch
• Prepare and submit daily End-of-Day (EOD) inventory reports of the branch
• Monitor and ensure proper stock display in the stockroom (SR)
• Coordinate closely with the Branch Team Leader for timely stock replenishment
• Work collaboratively with the Inventory Team in Cebu for inventory concerns and updates
• Provide support for walk-in installation requests
