Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Load Planner or in a similar logistics coordination role within supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of load optimization techniques and vehicle capacity management
• Proficiency with load planning software and logistics management systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address logistics challenges efficiently
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in shipment planning and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis

This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient logistics management. As a Load Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments, managing vehicle capacity, and ensuring timely delivery of goods across our network. This role is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and delivering outstanding service to our clients in the banking and financial services sector, particularly within the mortgages industry.
