Job summary

Qualifications

• Upper secondary education completed.
• Experience in warehouse/inventory tasks preferred.
• 13 months to 3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: format letters, memoranda and routine reports.
• Incoming Goods: handle warehouse and store tasks, record keeping.
• Inventory: perform simple inventory checks against records.
• Operating Machine or Equipment: operate basic equipment to adjust variables for efficiency.
• Outgoing goods: package and prepare goods following procedures.
• Transport: move goods on site or to other sites/customers.
• Health, Safety and Environment: follow safety instructions and PPE requirements.
• Operational Compliance: follow procedures to meet quality standards and codes.
• Personal Capability Building: participate in training and development activities.
• Work Scheduling and Allocation: organize daily work line with changing priorities.
