Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level.
• Experience working unsupervised for 13 months to 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and support analysis of information to specify methods and processes for manufacturing or materials systems.
• Develop and test proposed engineering solutions to validate designs.
• Draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications for conformance.
• Inspect installations and identify remedial actions with senior guidance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers within a contract management plan.
• Identify and address shortcomings through change management programs.
