Qualifications

• Comfort with work scheduling and organizing tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: Use standard office software to format letters, memoranda and routine reports.
• Incoming Goods: Deliver warehouse tasks to store and record goods per procedures.
• Inventory: Perform checks on quantities, quality and availability against records.
• Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate machines, adjusting variables for efficiency.
• Outgoing goods: Complete routine packaging and assist others as needed.
• Transport: Move goods on site or to other sites to ensure on-time delivery.
• Health, Safety and Environment: Follow safety instructions to protect people and environment.
• Operational Compliance: Follow procedures to meet quality and codes of conduct.
• Personal Capability Building: Engage in training and development activities.
• Work Scheduling and Allocation: Organize daily work in line with priorities.
