Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Manila, Philippines to handle picking, receiving, binning, and packing of spare parts and water filtration requirements. The role includes cycle counts, stock takes, and assisting transfers to Cebu and Davao branches, with Kaizen and 5S initiatives guiding daily tasks.

The person will maintain records, print QR/barcode stickers, and support shipping and billing summaries as needed, contributing to efficient inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse duties: picking, receiving, binning, packing.
• Familiarity with cycle counts and stock accuracy.
• Ability to print and apply QR/barcode stickers.
• Support in stock transfers to Cebu and Davao branches.
• Willingness to participate in Kaizen and 5S initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Pick spare parts / water filtration requirements per Pick List.
• Receive deliveries from suppliers and maintain shipment records.
• Bin new arrivals and returned spare parts.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock counting and participate in stock takes.
• Pack spare parts for Luzon service providers and assist transfers to branches.
• Maintain LBC courier waybill files and assist billing summaries.
• Participate in Kaizen and 5S and other duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
