Job summary

HRTX in Cebu is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts. You will oversee inbound, storage, handling, and outbound activities to ensure accurate inventory flow and compliance with warehouse standards.

You will also monitor aging, preserve storage facilities’ integrity, and coordinate with Engineering and Facilities to maintain equipment and utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with inbound, outbound and inventory management.
• Proficient in WMS, SAP or similar systems.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily warehouse operations for materials and spare parts.
• Lead inbound, storage, handling and outbound activities to ensure inventory flow.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of storage facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee dailywarehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts to ensure efficient and accurate inventory flow.
• Lead and monitor inbound, storage, handling, and outbound activities, ensuring compliance with established warehouse procedures and service standards.
  
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of cold and dry storage facilities, material handling equipment, and warehouse utilities in coordination with Engineering, Facilities, and service providers.
  
• Monitor inventory aging and shelf life, proactively identifying slow-moving, aging, or near-expiry stocks and coordinating appropriate disposition.
  
• Ensure consistent compliance with receiving, handling, storage, inventory control, food safety, and warehouse standards for all materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree inIndustrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, with strong exposure to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
  
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, SAP, or other warehouse/logistics management systems.
