Job summary

PM Consulting in Danao City, Cebu is seeking a Site Logistics Assistant Manager to lead warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts on-site in a dayshift, full-time role.

You will direct daily site activities to ensure smooth inbound, outbound, and inventory flows, collaborate with facilities engineering, monitor stock aging, and enforce storage guidelines while residing in or near Danao City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Extensive hands-on experience with WMS, inventory control, SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and control warehousing operations for materials.
• Direct day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth inbound, outbound and inventory flows.
• Collaborate with utilities, facilities engineering and service providers for storage facilities and equipment.
• Monitor stock aging and disposition near-expiry or slow-moving items.
• Enforce compliance with receiving, handling and storage guidelines.
