Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related.
• 2–4 years warehouse experience; at least 1 year acting as shift lead/coordinator.
• SAP proficiency; Excel data tracking.
• Forklift operator and SO2 certification preferred.
• Strong verbal communication; ability to write concise end-of-shift reports.
• Willing to work in Manila City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift workflows including receiving, put-away, cycle counting, picking, packing, and loading.
• Provide supervision, onboarding, and coaching to warehouse staff and equipment operators.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and conduct shift safety huddles; report hazards.
• Supervise accurate SAP stock logging and troubleshoot minor discrepancies.
• Ensure all MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) are functional and maintained.
