Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Taguig to help monitor inventory, verify deliveries, and ensure items move efficiently through the warehouse. You will assist with daily task assignment, documentation, and reporting while upholding safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years in warehousing or logistics, strong detail orientation, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Shifting schedules apply, with on-site work in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years warehousing, logistics or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Exposure to warehouse tools and inventory systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the inventory process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within the set timelines.
• Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead.
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies to the Shift Lead or appropriate department.
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
