Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Biñan, Laguna to support inventory monitoring, task assignments, and documentation during shifts. The role focuses on timely processing of received items and smooth internal transfers, under the guidance of the Shift Lead.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in warehousing or e-commerce operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Shifting schedules are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse tools, processes, and inventory systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to Biñan, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory to ensure items are received, checked, and moved along within timelines.
• Assist in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead.
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies to the Shift Lead or relevant department.
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
