Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Procurement Officer (Warehouse-In-Charge) to oversee procurement activities and lead warehouse operations from the Makati head office with a Bulacan warehouse. The role emphasizes timely purchasing, proper storage, and efficient distribution of materials.

Candidates should have 3+ years in procurement/warehouse roles, strong negotiation and planning abilities, and experience with ERP or inventory systems. Travel to Bulacan is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchasing, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.
• Coordinate material requirements with internal stakeholders for operational needs.
• Establish and lead the new warehouse, developing procedures, inventory systems, and workflows.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare procurement/warehouse reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Role Overview

The Procurement Officer (Warehouse-In-Charge) is responsible for managing the company's procurement activities while overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and material coordination. This role ensures the timely procurement, proper storage, and efficient distribution of materials to support business operations. The successful candidate will also play a key role in establishing and leading the company's new warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and inventory management from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field; Engineering graduates are highly preferred.


• At least3 years of relevant and combinedexperienceinprocurement and warehouse operations.


• Proven experience in procurement processes, supplier coordination, and inventory management.


• Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and materials management.


• Highly preferred:with experience in handling solar, batteries, renewables, or related products.


• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across different departments.


• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Must be willing to travel in Bulacan warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular procurement and warehouse reports.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procurement procedures.


• Identify opportunities to improve procurement strategies, warehouse efficiency, and inventory management processes.


• Perform other procurement and warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
