Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Procurement Officer & Warehouse-In-Charge to lead end-to-end procurement and oversee warehouse operations from the Makati Head Office with a new Bulacan warehouse initiative. The role focuses on timely procurement, proper storage, and efficient material distribution to support operations.

The candidate will establish and direct the new warehouse, ensuring effective processes, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; Engineering graduates preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement and warehouse operations.
• Experience in procurement processes, supplier coordination, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and materials management.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/inventory systems are a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel within Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchasing, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to optimize stock and minimize losses.
• Coordinate material requirements with internal stakeholders for timely availability.
• Lead the establishment of the company's new warehouse with procedures and systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare procurement and warehouse reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement strategies and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other procurement and warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Role Overview

The Procurement Officer & Warehouse-In-Chargeis responsible for managing the company's procurement activities while overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and material coordination. This role ensures the timely procurement, proper storage, and efficient distribution of materials to support business operations. The successful candidate will also play a key role in establishing and leading the company's new warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and inventory management from the ground up.

• Proven experience in procurement processes, supplier coordination, and inventory management.
