Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Procurement Officer & Warehouse-In-Charge to lead procurement activities while overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and material coordination. This role will establish and lead the company's new warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and robust inventory management from the ground up.

Location: Makati Head Office (Warehouse in Bulacan). Onsite position with Monday–Friday dayshift; travel to Bulacan may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; engineering graduates preferred.
At least 3 years in procurement and warehouse operations.
Experience in procurement processes, supplier coordination and stock control.
Strong negotiation, planning and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or inventory systems are an advantage.
Excellent communication and cross-department coordination.
Must be amenable to travel in Bulacan.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchasing.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to minimize losses.
Lead the new warehouse project: procedures, systems, and workflows.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare procurement/warehouse reports.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement and warehouse processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
