Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking a Procurement Officer (Warehouse-In-Charge) to manage end-to-end procurement and oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and material coordination. The role supports establishing and leading the company's new warehouse, with full onsite setup and travel to Bulacan as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in procurement and warehouse operations.
• Experience with procurement processes, supplier coordination, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and materials management.
• Experience in solar, batteries, renewables, or related products preferred.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/inventory systems a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchasing, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery with quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures to optimize stock and reduce losses.
• Coordinate material requirements with internal stakeholders for timely availability.
• Establish and lead the company's new warehouse, developing procedures and workflows.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare procurement/warehouse reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement strategies and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other procurement/warehouse duties as assigned.

Role Overview

The Procurement Officer (Warehouse-In-Charge) is responsible for managing the company's procurement activities while overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and material coordination. This role ensures the timely procurement, proper storage, and efficient distribution of materials to support business operations. The successful candidate will also play a key role in establishing and leading the company's new warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and inventory management from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field; Engineering graduates are highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant and combinedexperience in procurement and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in procurement processes, supplier coordination, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and materials management.
• Highly preferred:with experience in handling solar, batteries, renewables, or related products.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across different departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be willing to travel in Bulacan warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular procurement and warehouse reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procurement procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement strategies, warehouse efficiency, and inventory management processes.
• Perform other procurement and warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
