Buskowitz Group is looking for a Supply Chain Associate / Warehouse Officer to manage daily warehouse operations at the head office, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of tools and materials. The role links warehouse, logistics, procurement, and finance through precise documentation and timely invoicing.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of administrative record-keeping to sustain smooth supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with solar technologies and components is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift operation experience and driving a 6-wheel vehicle are preferred.
• Residing in General Trias Cavite or nearby area.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and issue tools, items, and materials at head office.
• Monitor inventory and safekeeping of items and materials.
• Close Purchase Orders by endorsing Delivery Receipts or Sales Invoices within 24 hours.
• Maintain issuance slips and calibration records for tools.
• Assist in sourcing, procurement, and supplier pickups.
• Support shipping to project sites and participate in inventory counts.

Supply Chain Associate / Warehouse Officer

is responsible for handling day-to-day Supply Chain 0perations at the head office, ensuring the accurate receipt, safekeeping, and issuance of tools, equipment, and materials. This role acts as support between warehouse, logistics, procurement, and the finance by accurate documentation, monitoring tool calibrations, and supporting project sites by shipping items, materials and supplier pickups.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in administrative record-keeping to maintain seamless supply chain operation

• Accurately receive deliveries and issue tools, items, and/or materials at the head office.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the safekeeping of tools, items, and/or materials at the head office.
• Assist in closing Purchase Orders (POs) by endorsing Delivery Receipts (DR) or Sales Invoices (SI) to the Warehouse and Procurement Team within 24 hours.
• Update and timely sending issuance slips copies to the Warehouse and Finance Department.
• Monitor and maintain updated calibration records for tools.
• Issue Accountability Forms to end-users for all issued tools.
• Provide support in sourcing, procuring, and picking up orders from suppliers as needed.
• Provide support in shipping items and/or materials to project sites as needed.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Transmit and monitor validated Sales Invoices to the Finance Department.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all supply chain related activities.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least college level of any related field.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Familiarity with solar technologies and components.
