Job summary

Buskowitz Energy Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Associate / Warehouse Officer to handle day-to-day operations at the head office, ensuring accurate receipt, safekeeping, and issuance of tools and materials.

The role serves as a liaison between warehouse, logistics, procurement and finance. You will support project sites by shipping items and supplier pickups, maintain calibration records, assist in closing POs within 24 hours, and help with inventory counts.

Qualifications

• At least college level of any related field.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Familiarity with solar technologies and components.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Residing in General Trias Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive deliveries and issue tools, items, and/or materials at the head office
• Monitor inventory and ensure the safekeeping of tools, items, and/or materials at the head office
• Assist in closing Purchase Orders (POs) by endorsing Delivery Receipts (DR) or Sales Invoices (SI) to the Warehouse and Procurement Team within 24 hours
• Update and timely sending issuance slips copies to the Warehouse and Finance Department
• Monitor and maintain updated calibration records for tools
• Issue Accountability Forms to end-users for all issued tools
• Provide support in sourcing, procuring, and picking up orders from suppliers as needed
• Provide support in shipping items and/or materials to project sites as needed
• Participate in inventory counts
• Transmit and monitor validated Sales Invoices to the Finance Department

About the role

Supply Chain Associate / Warehouse Officer is responsible for handling day-to-day Supply Chain Operations at the head office, ensuring the accurate receipt, safekeeping, and issuance of tools, equipment, and materials. This role acts as support between warehouse, logistics, procurement, and the finance by accurate documentation, monitoring tool calibrations, and supporting project sites by shipping items, materials and supplier pickups.

Key responsibilities
