Job summary

1Rotary Trading Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cavite, Silang, to handle order picking, packing, and inventory control within our warehouse. You will ensure accurate picking, proper packing, and correct labeling for shipping.

The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, physical fitness, and reliable communication. You will work with the Warehouse Management System to track inventory and support ongoing stock audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college level education.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items, flexible and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from storage locations based on order details and verify accuracy.
• Follow FIFO or FEFO inventory policies.
• Pack items according to packing guidelines and label correctly.
• Receive and store incoming products and rotate stock.
• Ensure picked items are scanned and recorded in the WMS.
• Assist in cycle counts and stock audits.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Identify areas for warehouse process improvements and propose solutions.

Job description

This is a warehouse operations role focused on order picking, fulfillment, packing, and inventory management. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from storage locations, packing orders according to warehouse guidelines, receiving and storing incoming products, and maintaining inventory accuracy through the Warehouse Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from assigned storage locations based on order details and verify accuracy of picked items (quantity, SKU, batch number, expiry date)
• Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) inventory policies
• Pack items efficiently according to warehouse packing guidelines and label packages correctly with order details, bar codes, and shipping labels
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming products and ensure proper stock rotation when storing items
• Ensure picked items are scanned and recorded accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Assist in cycle counting and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Verify the condition of items before picking and packing to ensure no damaged goods are shipped
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and follow warehouse safety guidelines when handling fragile or hazardous materials
• Identify areas for warehouse process improvements and suggest solutions
• Maintain documentation related to inventory movement and warehouse activities

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Basic knowledge in Logistics/Warehousing activities
• Physically fit and flexible
• 5 feet minimum height and ability to lift heavy items
