Overview
A Warehouse Personnel, also known as a Warehouse Worker or Warehouse Associate, is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient and organized flow of goods within a warehouse. Their duties include receiving and processing incoming stock, filling orders, packing and shipping, and maintaining inventory. They also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Responsibilities

Physical Abilities
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, sometimes weighing up to 50 lbs or more.

Technical Skills
- Inventory Management: Proficiency in tracking and managing inventory, including using inventory software and systems.
- Warehouse Equipment Operation: Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment.

- Order Fulfillment: Experience with picking, packing, and shipping orders.
