This fast-paced, detail-oriented role combines physical stamina with technical precision, requiring you to operate RF scanners, verify SKUs and quantities, and meet tight shipping deadlines. You will support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or College level.
• At least 1 year experience in Warehouse Operations.
• Proficiency with warehouse zones (Inbound/Outbound).
• Ability to distinguish minor SKU differences.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours, walk long distances, and lift weights.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Warehouse Management Systems or scanners.

Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately selected from inventory and securely packaged for shipment. It’s a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires a mix of physical stamina and technical precision.

What you'll do:

• Locating products within the warehouse using paper pick-slips or digital handheld scanners (RF scanners).
• Sealing packages to prevent damage during transit.
• Verifying that the item, SKU, and quantity match the customer’s order exactly before shipping.
• Assisting with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and reporting any damaged or missing inventory.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to all OSHA and warehouse safety protocols.
• Warehouse Operations Supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or College level.
• At least 1 year experience in Warehouse Operations.
• Proficiency in multiple warehouse zones (Inbound/Outbound).
• Noticing the small differences between similar SKUs.
• Working efficiently to meet strict shipping deadlines (e.g., "Next Day Delivery" cut-offs).
• Being able to switch between picking, packing, and receiving as volume dictates.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours, walk several miles a day, and lift weights.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Warehouse.
• Management Systems (WMS) or handheld scanners is highly valued.
• Electric Pallet Jack experience is a major plus.
